Information we process

We process organiser account details through auth.rimays.com and event information, guest contact details, RSVP responses, attendance records and optional contributions needed to provide the service.

Who can see guest information

Private guest information is available only to authorised members of the event organisation and authorised RIMAYS support administrators when required and audited.

Retention and requests

Organisers control their event records. Guests may contact the organiser or privacy@rimays.com to request access, correction or deletion. Legal and fraud-prevention records may be retained where required.

Security

We use access controls, secure sessions, encrypted transport, audit logs and tenant-level authorisation. Do not publish sensitive information on public event pages.
